Also included are discussions of disease states in which spinal angiography contributes to the diagnosis and development of a therapeutic plan: most importantly, vascular malformations of the spinal cord (pial fistulas and arteriovenous malformations), spinal dural arteriovenous malformations, and various neoplastic diseases.
