Abstract
Ulnar-sided wrist pain is quite common, and the underlying etiology may be elusive. Disorders of the joints, ligaments, tendons, and ulnar nerve may produce symptoms with considerable overlap. Focused history and examination, as well as, when indicated, advanced imaging studies such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), are important in establishing a specific diagnosis and implanting a treatment plan.
