X time in the waiting list: 36.04 months. CET was the main cause for CD. The 88% of cadaveric kidneys implanted had longer than 24 hours of cold ischaemia. The mean age for LRD belongs to the fourth decade with female prevalence. Surgical tactics and technique were the ones ordinarily described. Immunosuppresive treatment was with triple therapy. There was ATN in the 24% of CD and 2% in LRD. There was rejection in 52% of transplanted patients, 30% of them being resistent to steroids. Respiratory and urinary infections were the most frequent ones. It was observed 8% of lymphoceles, 8% of urinary filtration and 2% of arterial complications. 18% of patients died, being sepsis the most frequent causes of death.
