The mean age for LRD belongs to the fourth decade with female prevalence. Surgical tactics and technique were the ones ordinarily described. Immunosuppresive treatment was with triple therapy. There was ATN in the 24% of CD and 2% in LRD. There was rejection in 52% of transplanted patients, 30% of them being resistent to steroids.
