Abstract

What is the role of nerve stimulation in the new era of the ultrasound guided regional anesthesia? Two practitioners debate the merits of ultrasound and/or nerve stimulating guidance of peripheral nerve blocks during the challenging case of performing nerve block in a morbidly obese patient.
