Abstract
The case of an asymptomatic individual with nodular lymphoid hyperplasia and Ig‐A deficiency is presented. His other serum immunoglobulins were in the high normal range and his saliva contained high concentration of Ig‐M in the absence of Ig‐A, suggesting a compensatory immunological mechanism.
