Abstract
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography can safely be performed in the infant, using the standard adult cannulating instrument. Children must be examined under general anesthesia and care must be taken to insure adequate pressure of injection to fill the proximal branches of the intrahepatic radicals.
