Abstract
Endometrial stromal malignancy has been noted to occur in association with hormonally active theca cell tumors of the ovary. The present report documents the coexistence of an ovarian Brenner tumor and an endometrial stromal sarcoma. The hormonal capability of the ovarian neoplasm was manifested by pronounced endometrial glandular hyperplasia. The possibility that stromal neoplasia may be induced by estrogen stimulation is discussed.
