Abstract

A self-adaptive laser source was designed according to the different laser light scattering effect when the 3D measurement system measures PCB circuit board backplanes and paste. In the article, the relationship between light stripes extraction effect and laser light intensity is analyzed. The laser source which is based on the programmable power uses adaptive adjustment algorithm by combination of wavelet decomposition and band energy intensity in order to achieve adaptive adjusting of light intensity for the 3D measurement system. The related experiments indicate that the laser source which can select the most suitable laser intensity for measuring and has fairly good applicability can achieve light intensity adaptive adjusting for the 3D measurement system of the solder paste.
