Abstract

Three diamino-substituted nitrogen-heterocyclic NLO chromophores were synthesized via a facile procedure. Compared to their benzene analogues, the thermal stability and transparency of synthesized chromophores are improved although there is a little decline in their μ_gβ_CT values.
