Synthesis and QSAR analysis of quinclorac and its derivatives

Abstract

The relationship between structure and activity of quinclorac was studied to find more active and more mild weedicides, the synthesis of 12 derivatives of quinclorac, and the determination of the physiological activity of all these compounds, QSAR equation of this series of compounds was established by Hansch multilinear regression method, showing that the biological activity is linearly correlated with the parameters of q6, q15, q5, P2, and -CH2-CH=CH2 substituted quinclorac ester is a highly active and mild weedicide analyzed from the QSAR equation.
