Abstract

Planar coil is a non-contact measuring probe, which is applied widely. However, its inductance is so small (about 1 μH) that it is difficult to detect the coil's signal. A novel different coefficient circuit is used in the study on signal detection of small inductance coil. Theoretical analysis and experimental result indicate that this technology can pick-up the signal change of planar coil and hold high sensitivity and stability using appropriate parameters.
