Study on self-mixing interference effects in LD pumped single-mode green laser

Abstract

Based on the equivalent F-P model of self-mixing interference effect, the self-mixing interference effects in the LD pumped single mode green laser were studied and a general model for the effects in the laser was established. This model is the same with conditions of strong feedback (also strong feedback with multiple reflection) and weak feedback. This model can be transformed to other reported models. The experimental results show that the measuring precision of the LD pumped green laser is 100 nm higher than that of semiconductor laser.
