Abstract

The coupling of two mutual incoherent beams of extraordinary polarization of degenerate wavelengths in the forward direction in photorefractive crystal Ce:KNSBN is theoretically analyzed and experimentally demonstrated. The bright and dark rings resulted by coupling of two incoherent beams were observed and a new method of fanning reduction by using incoherent erasure is proposed in photorefractive crystal.
