Abstract
A (low injection-spectrophotometric method for the determination of iodide is developed based on the color reaction of I3- with starch solution. In the FIA manifold, bromine was introduced as an oxidant for species change of iodide and the excess of bromine is eliminated by sulphosalicylic acid solution at room temperature. The detection rate of the method is 80 samples per hour and the linear range is 0∼1. 0 mg/L.
