Abstract

Left atrial appendage (LAA) was shown to harbor triggers and substrate for atrial arrhythmia, electrical isolation of the LAA can be a potential treatment. We describe the use of a novel device that combines electrical isolation of the LAA using pulsed field ablation and mechanical LAA occlusion in a single procedure. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.)
