Simulation component based CGF system architecture and realization

Abstract

The architecture and realization of CGF system based on simulation component technology were provided. And it was introduced that how CGF system is used for virtual test and demonstration of advanced concept architecture of battlefield. CGF (computer generated force) system developed by simulation component technology will generate different forces flexibly, adapt multiple communicating platform and have more interoperability, extensibility and maintainability. The models of the CGF system are categorized as device components, C2 (component and control) components, platform components and behavior components. System high level modeling method constructs the behavior model based on finite statemachine and structure models including the composition and connection of the system's device components, C2 components. Each structure model is mapped to component's code and tested. The behavior model is the foundation on which simulation engine schedules the components.
