Abstract
A case of localized amyloidosis of the seminal vesicle with hematospermia is reported. To our knowledge this is the first clinical example of this disease treated by seminal vesiculectomy. Lymphocyte transformation studies were performed to search for an immunologic cause. The incidence of this disorder and its pathogenesis are reviewed.
