Abstract
A sufficient number of cases have been reported to indicate that there is a well-defined syndrome of segmental infarction of both the small bowel and colon. The roentgen findings associated with segmental infarction of the small and large bowel are fairly characteristic and should be differentiated from other segmental lesions in these regions.
