Abstract

The clinical and pathologic findings in four patients with salivary duct carcinoma were studied. Salivary duct carcinomas are a special group of salivary gland tumors that originate within large ducts and resemble duct carcinomas of the breast. These neoplasms disseminate actively and may be fatal.
