N1 - Funding Information: The new Palliative Care Quality Collaborative (PCQC) is designed to do just that. PCQC combines three leading national palliative care registries to provide a single, coordinated, and comprehensive resource to measure, benchmark, and improve the quality of palliative care delivery.2PCQC unites the National Palliative Care Registry™ (a project of the Center to Advance Palliative Care and the National Palliative Care Research Center), which has provided comparative data on program-level operations, with the Palliative Care Quality Network and the Global Palliative Care Quality Alliance, both of which have collected patient-level data for continuous quality improvement and reporting purposes. Backed by the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine with funding from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and Cambia Health Foundation, PCQC brings more than three decades of registry experience to the field.
