Abstract
Integrated with matter-element theory, a new theory of matter-element bayes network is put forward, in terms of an analysis of the limitation in the process of modeling bayes network. This new theory can syncretize each advantage of both theories, which can be used to handle the uncertainty of complex systems and make full use of all the useful information in these systems at the same time. Therefore, a better evaluation of complex systems can be obtained with this new theory.
