Abstract

In order to simultaneouly generate the laser output with nearly equal power for dual wavelengths of 1 319 nm/1 338 nm in the LDA side pumped Nd:YAG laser, two methods that uses a Brewster's window and optimizes the transmissions at 1 319 nm and 1 338 nm of output mirror and reflection mirror at the same time are adopted. In this experiment, a CW LDA pump module made in China has a side pumping structure, and the highest power of LDA is 600 W. The maximum power of CW dual wavelength output is 30 W, and when the A-O Q-switch is operated at 4 kHz, the highest dual wavelength pulse energy is 6 mJ, with the 237 ns pulse width and 25 kW peak power.
