Abstract
A case history of renal carcinoma in a seventy-four-year-old patient, discovered because of an unusual metastasis to the uvula, is presented. Examination of the renal carcinoma and the tumor of the uvula showed the same histologic picture. As far as the authors are aware, there is no previous report in the literature of renal carcinoma with metastasis to the uvula or renal carcinoma discovered because of metastasis to the uvula.
