Abstract

We report an unusual case of a patient with a myelodysplastic syndrome associated with life threatening relapsing polychondritis. The improvement in symptoms attributable to the relapsing polychondritis during treatment of the hematologic disorder suggests that relapsing polychondritis is a paraneoptastic syndrome associated with myelodysplastic syndromes. © 1992 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
