N2 - Postoperative coronary vasospasm is a rare but potentially life-threatening complication after cardiac surgery. We present the case of a young patient with osteogenesis imperfecta who developed coronary vasospasm after each of his 2 aortic valve procedures. We believe this case provides new information about the presentation, potential for recurrence, and clinical progression of perioperative coronary vasospasm.
