Recumbent chyluria. Demonstration of unilateral renal-lymphatic communication

A case of recumbent chyluria is described. Retrograde pyelography revealed a communication between the right renal pelvis and perirenal lymphatics which was present only during periods of chyluria. The significance of these observations is discussed.
