Abstract
Examples of unusual configurations along the right heart border in cardiac transplant patients are presented. These radiographic findings are the results of fitting dilated residual portions of the recipient heart with normal size anatomical structures in the donor heart. The abnormal contours noted should not be construed as representing pathologic changes in the roentgenograms of the transplant patient.
