Abstract
The upregulations of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) antigen are used for the presence of prostate cancer. However, published literature shows incidentally detected PSMA uptake in various nonprostatic benign and malignant conditions, which led to questioning the specificity of PSMA-targeted PET. In present case, we highlighted the abnormal PSMA expression in the benign bone abnormality.
