Abstract
A case of primary leptomeningeal melanomatosis in a twenty seven yr old woman is reported. Cerebrospinal fluid cytology, neuroradiology studies, surgical biopsy and autopsy findings are presented. The differential diagnosis and pathophysiology are discussed.
