Abstract
Nano-sized TiO2 thin films were prepared on the FTO substrates by electrophoresis deposition. The morphology and structure of the films were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The effects of different dispersants on the film were compared and analyzed. A higher Voc and Isc with the TiO2 thin films have been achieved for dye-sensitized solar cells. The dye-sensitized solar cells with the films prepared by Isopropyl alcohol as dispersant and polyethy glycol 600 as additive have achieved a better outcome, whose Voc up to 0.66V, and Isc up to 8.14 mA/cm2.
