Abstract
From this study, it became clear that a cut-off score of 10 would result in a very high sensitivity but at the expense of a very low specificity. If a much larger clinic population could be followed from the prenatal clinic visit through the period priod with this system, a thorough analysis of the most applicable factors could be made to determine which events are most predictive of neonatal outcome in the Mount Sinai clinic population, and an accurate division score between high and low risk could be determined.
