Abstract
The practice of nuclear medicine in 2008 is likely to use gamma cameras that employ lenses in place of collimators, scintillators that will allow novel modular detector shapes, and computers capable of real-time iterative reconstrcution to characterize lesions anticipation of using the most effective therapy.
