Precursor Lymphoid Neoplasms

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

Precursor lymphoid neoplasms are most commonly aggressive, with characteristic clinical, diagnostic, morphologic, phenotypic, cytogenomic, and molecular genetic aberrations. It is important to distinguish them from other aggressive high-grade B- and T-cell lymphoid neoplasms. In adults, recent molecular genetic aberrations have been found to be important and responsive to targeted therapeutics.
