Abstract

In this chapter, the nuances of postoperative management after skull base reconstruction following endoscopic skull base tumor surgery are described in detail. We have focused our approaches to management of patients with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea following reconstruction of the skull base based on the severity of the CSF leak and provide readers with approaches to management and prevention of future leaks.
