Abstract

La1-xSrxCoO3 series perovskite oxides were prepared by tartaric acid-aided method. The XRD, SEM and CV results indicated that perovskite with high specific surface area can be prepared at moderate temperature by this method and the substitution of Sr for the oxide lattice is helpful to the formation of uniform and porous surface and the increase of its specific surface area. The electrochemical results suggest that the perovskite oxide film electrode Ni/La0.8Sr0,2CoO3 exhibit the highest electrocatalytic activity among all the others prepared and a high stability.
