Amplifier T cells were induced in spleen of mice sensitized with both agents. When these mlcewere splenectomyzed, they were not resistant to live LI210 inoculation. Mice sensitized with ConA-free Ll210 vaccine and pyran copolymer or mice sensitized first with pyran copolymer and subsequently with ConA-bound L1210 vaccine in which amplifier cells were not induced were not resistant to live L1210 inoculation either.
