Abstract

Peripapillary hemorrhage is a rare complication of congenital drusen of the optic nerve head. We present a case of bilateral pseudodisk swelling associated with peripapillary subretinal hemorrhage, which was discovered during routine examination. The patient's diagnostic workup and the differential diagnosis of both the blurred disk borders and the peripapillary hemorrhages are discussed.
