Abstract
We report a case which demonstrates the value of CT in diagnosis of a pancreatic pseudocyst when other methods had failed. In addition, this case reaffirms the usefulness of CT-guided aspiration procedures and illustrates a new technique for demonstration of communication between a pancreatic pseudocyst and the pancreatic duct.
