Abstract
The clinical and radiographic presentation of salivary gland sarcoid is presented. Computed tomographic sialography is a more sensitive method for detecting the multiple discrete granulomas of sarcoid than is conventional sialography. This appearance is distinctly different from that of the autoimmune salivary diseases with which it can be clinically confused. The differential diagnosis of salivary sarcoid is presented.
