This chapter summarizes the background, clinical presentation, indications, functional anatomy, techniques, and possible complications of ultrasound-guided procedures for hand and wrist pain, to include carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cyst, trigger finger, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, and CMC joint.
