Abstract
THz wave that has not been developed has important scientific value. Its research relates to many fields, such as physics, optoelectronics, materials science, etc. Its applications have wide prospects in imaging, medical diagnosis, environment science, information science and basic physical research. In nowadays THz generation and THz detection are the research frontiers.
