Abstract

Accessory and supernumerary ovaries are uncommon congenital anomalies of the female reproductive tract. Tumors arising in ectopic ovaries are extremely rare. We present a case of a Brenner tumor that arose in an accessory ovary and discuss this case in relation to the literature concerning neoplasms in ectopic ovaries.
