Abstract
A case of ring scotoma in the left eye occurring in a patient with a large bifrontal tumor is described. The literature on ring scotoma is reviewed. No case of disease of the brain with monocular ring scotoma was found. The difficulties in differentiating between symptoms in the anterior optic pathway and occipital lobes are considered.
