N2 - Given the heterogeneity of cancer tumors, and the propensity of tumor cells to become resistant to therapy even when they are initially responsive, the current thinking is to administer multi-drug therapy to cancer patients. However, given the complexity of cancer, predicting the efficacy of multi-drug therapy, and the emergence of resistance, are important challenges. In this paper, a mini-survey is presented of some of the currently popular methods, and challenges for the future are indicated.
