Abstract

Do you ever try a second anti-TNF if the first one doesn’t work? Do you ever try to get patients off of biologics? It is accepted dogma that adding azathioprine to infliximab enhances benefit. But has adding azathioprine to adalimumab been shown to be beneficial? Is vedolizumab a good second line agent for patients who have failed other biologics? Is it relatively safe to use azathioprine in young males for under 2 years?.
