Abstract

T cells, macrophages, follicular dendritic cells (FDCs), follicular helper T cells (TFH), Treg cells, T cell subsets, chemokines, cytokines, stromal cells and vasculature in the germinal center microenvironment play an intricate and orchestrated delicate balance in keeping B cells from disseminating beyond their confined germinal center.
