Abstract
A patient with choriocarcinoma extensively metastatic to the lungs (and probably pelvis), with elevated urinary gonadotropin titers, has been treated with Methotrexate. The drug was administered orally in intermittent high-dose courses. Regression of tumor masses and fall of gonadotrophin excretion followed. This experience confirms that reported by Li, Hertz, and Spencer.4.
