Abstract
The experimental results on measuring carrier recombination time by time-delayed four-wave mixing with incoherent light were stated. The carrier recombination time of PbS ultrafine particle and CdS: Cu was obtained. The decay time of long-period grating is longer than that of short-period one for PbS ultrafine particle in organosols and CdS: Cu.
