Abstract
A ease of giant prostatic hypertrophy weighing 550 grams is presented. Antegrade pyelogram was performed to rule out a ureteral lesion after unsuccessful retrograde. The transvesicocapsular approach used for enucleation was found to be satisfactory in regard to exposure, enucleation, and hemostasis.
